Structural
Features
¡ñ Electrolyte is made of gel materials
containing SiO2, non-fluid or
no gradation, and average distribution
in plates.
¡ñ Proper excessive electrolyte
is filled into the battery to
avoid DRY OUT under high temperature
or over charging. Good cooling
performance can prevent THERMAL
RUNAWAY of battery.
¡ñ Radioactive structure of grids
can enhance the utilization ratio
of active material. Pb-Ca-Sn-Al
alloy is used to improve corrosion-proof
performance of positive plates
and to reduce come out of hydrogen
from negative plates.
¡ñ Separators are porous and of
low resistance, made of PVC-SiO2
material.
¡ñ Sn-Cu gilded terminals ensures
safety of large-current discharge
and reliability of inter-cell
connection. Twice sealing of posts
(by welding and by resin sealing
agent respectively) provides high
reliability of sealing.
¡ñ Cover and container are made
of ABS plastics. Heat sealing
prevents any leakage.
l Good recharge efficiency after
deep discharge and good performance
for cycle operation.
