GEPVSwas established in 2005, with a technical foundation in electronic and semiconductor system engineering. In its early stage, the company began with solar photovoltaic (PV) system integration projects and semiconductor ODM/JDM programs, developing long-term, collaborative partnerships with clients through continuous engineering delivery and capability co-evolution.

GEPVS operates under ODM and JDM cooperation models, retaining engineering ownership across system design, validation, and industrialization. The company does not act as a standalone OEM; mass production is undertaken only where engineering responsibility, system performance, and lifecycle risks can be effectively controlled.

Since 2010, GEPVS has expanded its engineering execution scope across solar PV systems, energy storage systems (ESS), microgrid integration, power engineering, and oilfield services and equipment integration, supporting projects in weak-grid, remote, and continuous-operation environments where system reliability is critical.

GEPVS maintains integrated software–hardware engineering capability, enabling structured delivery from system definition and architecture, through prototype validation and engineering optimization, to production transfer, deployment, and commissioning.

From 2022, building on the maturity of its system engineering framework and leveraging the technology ecosystem and industrial coordination advantages of Shenzhen’s Nanshan District (China’s Silicon Valley), GEPVS established an AI Intelligent Systems engineering team. This team applies intelligent and AI functions as embedded, system-level capabilities, providing international clients with engineering-led ODM/JDM services covering design, demo validation, and controlled mass production.
